Description

TTU-KOM-070 – (RTD) Compact with M12 connector and ingold process connector Compact versions of temperature sensors are used where easier connection to electrical circuits is desired, as standard M12 sensor connectors are used.

Space-saving and cost-effective are also common reasons for using these sensors.

They are made without measuring inserts, which means replacing the complete element in case of failure.

Main features

• for temperatures from -50 °C to +200 °C (standard up to 100 °C, up to 200 °C with cooling fins under the connector)
• standard in class A (± 0.15 °C at 0 °C according to EN 60751: 2008)
• the recommended minimum installation length is 50 mm

Choice of implementation

The recommended installation length is 10x the outer diameter of the pipe, or in this version at least 50 mm. It can be shorter, but with a negative impact on the accuracy of the measurement.

The tapered tip is selected for quick measurements of different media. A measurement transducer with analogue output can be integrated in the connection connector (see model TTU-KOM-080).

Protection for aggressive media

The housing itself can also be further protected with PTFE protection for aggressive media. You can also order sensors with an accredited certificate or with verification only in the desired area.

All temperature sensors can also be ordered with accredited certificate or with verification only in the desired range, and all can be ordered custom-made.

Custom

All temperature sensors can be made to your specifications and requirements. The most common designs are presented on the website, but in practice, production is mainly made to order.
