Description

TTU-KOM-040 – (RTD) with DIN connector and built-in measuring transducer are common for temperature measurement in various air conditioning, ventilation and other HVAC systems where you need, for example, Pt100 converted to 4 … 20 mA, temperature linear.

A process connection on the sensor makes it vibration-resistant and allows measurement of the temperature under pressure in motors and compressors.

There are over a thousand temperature sensor products in our product configurator, and the sheer number tells you that this is really about customisation for the purpose of measurement.

The right choice will achieve the intended use, but using the same sensor for different purposes across the board does not work and is not cost-effective (breakage, disconnection, damage).

Main features

• recommended for temperatures from 0 °C to +150 °C, also from -50 °C to +400 °C, provided that the temperature at the DIN connector is guaranteed at a maximum of +80 °C
• Output: 4 … 20 mA or 0-10 V, temperature linear

We recommend a mounting length of at least ten times (10x) the pipe diameter, shorter lengths have a negative effect on the accuracy of the measurement.

The dimpled tip is chosen for faster air measurements (ventilation) and the tapered tip for fast measurements of other media. The sensor can also be in Ex version.
