CPP7000-X WIKA Hydraulic Comparison Test Pushers

Description

The CPP7000-X hydraulic comparative test pressure pump from WIKA serves as a pressure generator for testing, setting up and usingmeasurement (calibration) mechanical and electronic pressure gauges with comparative measurements. These pressure tests can be carried out in the laboratory, in the workshop or on site at the measuring pointitself.

Easy handling
For precise access to the measuring points, the benchmarking pusher is equipped with a spindle for precise control. This allows, in particular, smooth operation of the hand spindle, even at very high pressures. The CPP7000-X hydraulic benchmark test paver is further characterised by a spindle that runs exclusively within the paver body. This eliminates the unfavourable bending moment on the unscrewed spindle.

This machine also has the advantage that its dimensions do not change during operation due to the rotation of the spindle.

Easy to manage
If a test element and a sufficiently accurate reference measuring instrument are connected to the test pressure gauge, the same pressure will be applied to both instruments when the test gauge is started. By comparing the two measured values at any pressure value, the accuracy and/or setting of the pressure test instrument can be checked.
