The WIKA CPP4000-X hydraulic comparison test pressure transmitter is designed for pressure generation and comparison on site, in the laboratory or in the workshop. The pressure gauge enables pressure generation for testing, regulation and calibration of all types of pressure measuring instruments.

Easy tomanage
If the test paver connect a test element and a sufficiently accurate reference pressure gauge, the same pressurewill be applied to both measuring instruments. By comparing the two measured values at any pressure value , the accuracy can be verified .or the setting of the pressure instrument under test.

Simple Handling
The CPP4000-X Comparative Pressure Pumper is a hydraulic comparative test pump forgenerating pressures up to 4,000bar. The integrated dual-zone spindles with diverter valves allow fast filling of the test system and smooth pressure generation.

A fine-tuning spindle pump also serves for precise pressure adjustment. Control scheme for ucreation of the pavement on the plinth makes it quick and easy to useRuling.

Both test connections are equipped with female (internal) G ½ loose fittings. Two adapters with external (male) adapter are included in the delivery M16 x 1.5thread. Additional thread adaptors are available for calibration of instruments with different connection threads.

Compact instrument design
The CPP4000-X also features a compact design and dimensions that do not change during operation, as the spindle is contained in the pump casing. These dimensions, the extremely robust ABS plastic housing and the associated low weight make the CPP4000-X particularly suitable for ON SITE use.
