Description

The WIKA CPP1000-X Hydraulic Comparative Test Pressure Push serves as a pressure generator for testing, adaptation and umeasurement (calibration) mechanical and electronic pressure gauges with comparative measurements. These pressure tests can be carried out in the laboratory, in the workshop or on site measuring point (ON SITE)

Simple Handling
For precise access to the measuring points , the comparative pressure gauges are fitted with a spindle for precise control. This allows , in particular, smooth operation of the hand spindle, even at very high pressures. In addition, the spindles for this model range only move within the pump body. This removes the disadvantage ofthe bending moment on the spindle being unscrewed.

The advantage of these push buttons in particular in the operation of on the ground, as the dimensions do not change during operation due to the rotation of the spindle.

Easy tomanage
If the test paver connect the test element and a sufficiently accurate reference measuring instrument, will be at the startof the paver the same pressure is applied to both instruments. By comparing the two measured values at any pressure value , the accuracy can be checked and/oror setting the test a pressure-measuringinstrument.
