TTU-HIG-010 industry temperature sensors (RTD), thermowell with three clamp process connector

Description

TTU-HIG-010 industry temperature sensors (RTD) with three clamp process connection, in a protective housing(Thermowell with measuring insert), are designed for temperature measurement in hygienic applications (e.g. sanitary applications, food and beverage industry, Bio pharmaceutical industry…), which can be supplied with special surface treatment (parts in contact with the medium).

We recommend a mounting length of at least ten times (10x) the pipe diameter, shorter lengths have a negative effect on the accuracy of the measurement.

The connection head can be equipped with a measuring transducer with analogue or digital output.

The sensors can also be Ex or ON SITE CAL for calibration directly in the production process.

Thermowell version

Temperature sensors with protective housing or thermowell versions have a replaceable measuring cartridge inside for easy replacement or calibration without interrupting the process.

The protective neck protects the connection head and the converter from higher process temperatures.

The thermowell itself can be further protectedwith PTFE orsimilar protection for aggressive media. All external parts are welded to the housing.

The process connection can be protected with PTFE protection for aggressive media, and other parts of the housing if required.

For use in EX rooms/areas we manufacture/supply the TTU-HIG-010
ATEX certified
(Zone 2 with EX transducer, Zone 0 and 1 with additional barrier).

Calibration

All temperature sensors can also be ordered
with accredited certificate
or with verification only in the desired range, and all can be ordered custom-made.

All temperature sensors can be made to your specifications and requirements. The most common designs are presented on the website, but in practice, production is mainly made to order.
