Description
KTK02X050VVO400 is a compensating thermocouple cable with metal braid and is designed for connection of thermocouples type K, 2 x 0.5mm2.
Thermocouple extension cables are also called thermocouples.

The cable conductors are made of the same material as the thermocouple wires, so no additional electro magnetic force (EMF) is generated. The overall accuracy is high, but guaranteed over a smaller temperature range compared to thermocouple. The cost of the connection depends on the material of the thermocouple wires. Extension cables in the technical specification carry the X suffix, e.g. KX, JX, NX, etc.
