Description

The CPH7000 portable process calibrator from WIKA is a precision calibrator used for calibration and verification of analogue pressure measuring instruments, pressure transducers and process transducers.
CPH7000 in the Ex version can be usedis also used in hazardous areas. In addition, pressure switches can be checked and the switching point can be determined. With the CPH7000 can be converters not just checking, but also simulate and test.



Design


CPH7000 Portable Process Calibrator optionally has a reference pressure sensor as an option also by hand ucreating pressure, which can be used tocreate pavements -0.85 ... +25 barov. An external inverter can be powered simultaneously via the electrical module and to measure (or simulate) its output signal.

Functions
The calibrator allows quick and easy set-up of calibration procedures, as well as the execution of pre-set calibration procedures and automatic storage of measured values. Via the WIKA-Wireless interface, the completed calibration procedures can be transferred to a PC. This data can then be evaluated and archived using the WIKA-CAL software. Thus, paperless calibration of the converter is only possible with the CPH7000.

Accuracy
The instrument is temperature compensated and achieves an accuracy of 0.025% of the range. To avoid complicated calculations, you can also display the measured values directly in customer-defined units.
