Description

The CPH6000 pressure calibrator from WIKA is used as a test instrument in various service industries, measurement and control laboratories.

Functionality
The menus of the portable pressure calibrator allow you to choose between three modes of operation: MEASURE, CALIBRATION and PRESSURE TEST. In the CALIBRATION and PRESSURE TEST modes of the switch, the menu assistant helps the user with each procedure and can record calibration data from several calibrations or automatically calculate the switch hysteresis. Electrical inputs and outputs are provided to power the test element and read its signals, and are protected from harsh field conditions by protective caps.

Software
WIKA-CAL calibration software is available to evaluate and document the calibration data stored in the CPH6000 handheld pressure calibrator. With this software, the data is automatically transferred to a printable calibration certificate. WIKA-CAL also offers calibration and instrument data management in a SQL database. RS-232 and USB interfaces are available for data transfer.

Complete examples of testing and services
Various service cases are available for maintenance and servicing of the CPH6000 handheld pressure calibrator. This includes enclosures with or without pressurisation, charger, test cable kit, adapter, etc.

Certified accuracy
The accuracy of each pressure sensor supplied with the handheld pressure calibrator is confirmed by the factory calibration certificate supplied with the instrument. On request, we can provide you with a calibration certificate traceable to national standards.
