CPC8000-H precision high pressure controller from WIKA

Description

The CPC8000-H precision high pressure controller from WIKA is used as a working standard for automatic testing or calibration of all types of high pressure gauges due to its high control accuracy and stability. Cyclic pressure load tests are also ideal applications because the high-pressure controller is durable and reliable.

In addition to the voltage supply, only clean, dry compressed air for the pneumatic control circuit is needed to operate the high-pressure controller. Hydraulic oil or water (or other media on request) can be used as the pressure medium on the outlet side.

Design
The CPC8000-H precision high pressure controller consists of two components, the CPC8000-HC pressure controller and the CPC8000-HM hydraulic module with reference pressure sensors. The hydraulic module is available in two versions: a low-pressure version with a pressure range of 5 … 700 bar and a high-pressure version with a pressure range of 20 … 1,600 bar, each with corresponding reference pressure sensors.

The complete High Pressure Controller system is available as a portable trolley or built into a 48.26 cm stand. You can change the sensors on the front of the hydraulic module without having to remove the controller from the trolley or stand.

Functionality
The desired pressure value from the high-pressure controller is quickly and easily adjusted using its specialised control regulator. A large touchscreen and simple intuitive menu navigation make it easy to use. In addition, a large number of menu languages increases international applications.

All the information you need, such as the current measured value and the set value, is on one screen. Measured values can also be displayed in other pressure units. It can be remotely controlled via multiple serial interfaces. In addition, a wide range of emulation command sets are available for other pressure controllers.
