This high quality pressure gauge with Bourdon tube has been designed specifically for the increased safety requirements in industry.<\/p>\n<p>The use of high-quality stainless steel materials and the robust design are adapted to applications in the chemical and process industries. This makes the instrument suitable for liquid and gaseous media, even in aggressive environments.<\/p>\n<p>Scale ranges from 0 &#8230; 0.6 to 0 &#8230; 1600 bar provide the measuring ranges required for a wide variety of applications.<\/p>\n<p>WIKA manufactures and qualifies pressure gauges according to the requirements of the European standard EN 837-1 in safety version &#8220;S3&#8221;. The safety version consists of glass that is difficult to break, a solid partition between the measuring system and the dial, and a vent. The system consists of <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">pressure gauges of models 2xx.30<\/span> in the safety version or S-3 in accordance with EN 837-1 (S3) and a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">valve<\/span> to prevent fugitive emissions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elpro.si\/en\/izdelek\/ivm-stop-and-return-valve-with-an-application-vika\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IVM stop and vent valve with WIKA flange<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elpro.si\/en\/izdelek\/iv10-needle-valve-for-pressure-gauges-wika\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IV10 needle valve for WIKA pressure gauges<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elpro.si\/en\/izdelek\/iv11-sport-needle-valve-for-pressure-gauges-wika\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IV11 multiport needle valve for WIKA pressure gauges<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elpro.si\/en\/izdelek\/iv20-stop-and-return-valve-for-pressure-gauges-wika\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IV20 shut-off and vent valve for WIKA pressure gauges<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elpro.si\/en\/izdelek\/iv21-stop-and-return-valve-for-pressure-gauges-wika\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IV21 shut-off and vent valve for WIKA pressure gauges<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The measuring instrument and the valve are connected by <strong>a lightweight swivel adapter<\/strong> with a special sealing packing. The system is leak tested in accordance with TA Luft (VDI 2440) for fugitive emissions. The EMICO system measures pressures from 0 to 420 bar or 6000 psi. In the event of a failure due to high overpressure, the S-3 safety version protects the user from injury.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wika.com\/media\/94_news\/2022\/pic_ne_pr_0222_de_de.jpg\" width=\"536\" height=\"381\"><\/p>\n<p>The compact measuring system can be started up immediately after delivery. The free rotating swivel adapter allows 360\u00b0 positioning of the display and easy disassembly of the measuring instrument (in case calibration is required).
