The controller works after setting just a few basic parameters.<\/p>\n<h3>AT at start-up<\/h3>\n<p>Use this function when normal AT (auto tuning) cannot be performed normally due to temperature fluctuations. The PID parameters can only be calculated with temperature rise.<\/p>\n<h3>Easy to use in software mode<\/h3>\n<p>The standard function of the BCx2 series is a 9-step time-dependent program operation (e.g. ceramic firing, glass heat treatment, tempering, tempering).<\/p>\n<p>Number of programmes: 1<br \/>\nNumber of steps: 9<\/p>\n<p>Maximum time per step: 99 h : 59 min<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Simple function of the measuring transducer<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If you select the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elpro.si\/izdelek\/temperaturni-regulator-shinko-bcs2-a00-00-48x48-mm-tokovni-100-240-v-ac\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">analogue<\/a> 4 &#8230; 20 mA <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elpro.si\/izdelek\/temperaturni-regulator-shinko-bcs2-a00-00-48x48-mm-tokovni-100-240-v-ac\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">control output<\/a>, you can turn each controller into a universal galvanically isolated transducer.<\/p>\n<p>Any input TC, RTD, current or voltage will be converted to an analogue signal of 4 &#8230; 20 mA (easy arbitrary scaling).<\/p>\n<h3>Various Event input\/output functions<\/h3>\n<p>Two digital Event inputs (optional) and two digital Event outputs (one built-in as standard) can be integrated. You can choose from: over- or under-temperature alarm outputs, heater interrupt alarm output, current loop interrupt alarm output, time out output, end of programme output, etc.<\/p>\n<h3>5-digit LED display<\/h3>\n<p>Highly visible and legible 5-digit LED display of PV and SV (actual and setpoint), useful for displaying a wide range of measurement inputs.<\/p>\n<h3>Compact 60 mm installation depth<\/h3>\n<p>With a depth of only 60 mm, the BCx2 series is ideal for mounting in a wide variety of control panels.<\/p>\n<h3>Easy setup with a PC<\/h3>\n<p>By connecting the BCx2 series to a PC and using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elpro.si\/izdelek\/cmd-001-cus-100-komunikacijski-kabel-shinko-za-serijo-bc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CMD-001+CUS-100<\/a> communication cable and the free <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shinko-technos.co.jp\/e\/download\/d_software_download.html\">BCx2 series console<\/a> software, configuration and various settings can be made. During configuration, the controller is powered by a PC via USB.<\/p>\n<h3>IP 66 frontal protection of the controller<\/h3>\n<p>The IP 66 protection (faceplate) allows the BCx2 series to be used in
