BLR Reed Level Transducer for WIKA Bypass Level Displays

Description

The BLR is a Reed level transducer used to continuously monitor andrecord the liquid level in conjunction with transducers.

They work on the principle of floating magnetic transmission mechanism (permanent magnet, Trinic switch and u-measurement chain a couple) in a three-wire circuit potentiometer.

Magnetic system, built into the float, activates the reed contacts in the chain via the walls of the circulation chamber and the sensor tube to measure upore (potentiometer). Measuring voltage, which are used for this purposethings, is proportional to the charge level.

Chain for measuring uThe portions consist of reed contacts and resistors that are soldered to a printed circuit. Depending on the requirements and design , several different contact distances are available, from 5 to 18 mm.
